The location proved really good. Many restaurants and cafes were nearby. the metro was easily accessible, as was the louvre. i found the room quite spacious, and the bathroom included a very good shower. i found the bed and pillows comfortable (a definite plus after long days). a minibar was available. I also used the complimentary coffee machine.

the hallways seemed to be undergoing some refurbishment. i noticed some exposed cables plus some plaster (nothing major, though).

The breakfast had a good choice. I especially liked the creperie. i did not sample the mexican restaurant. there was a bar (it took me a minute to find it!).

the hotel is very central. it offers many brasseries, bars, and pizzerias right outside. this is great after you have been walking all day (i certainly did!). i found many places to eat.

I appreciated the hotel's location. It was very close to the Louvre. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Some are even in the lobby. The room had a chic remodel. The bathroom was impressively clean.
